Kristen is a yoga and meditation teacher who creates intentional, grounding spaces where students can feel safe, supported, and truly themselves. She spent five years as an elementary school teacher, where she saw firsthand the importance of emotional well-being, patience, and creating environments rooted in trust—values that deeply shape her approach to teaching.

Kristen is a certified meditation teacher and received her yoga certification through My Vinyasa Practice. Her teaching blends gentle, slow flow with deep stretching, breathwork, and guided meditation, with a focus on nervous system support and stress relief.

She is also the creator of Breathe Easy Meditation, a growing platform that includes a website, blog, podcast, and Instagram, where she shares reflections on mindfulness, slowing down, and living with more intention.

Her classes are rooted in a stretch and meditation style—expect mindful movement, longer-held stretches, and intentional pauses that invite you to release tension and fully unwind. At the heart of Kristen’s teaching is the belief that when you feel safe in your body and your environment, you can move more authentically, soften more deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
