breathe, feel, flow
"Nothing is more precious than being in the present moment, fully alive, fully aware."
- Thich Nhat Hanh
Mind
Meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts.
Mental health
Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us.
Body
The body is of utmost importance for our holistic health as it is here that the mental and spiritual realms reside.
At Pure Presence, our mission is to cultivate a warm and inclusive atmosphere for individuals of all levels, whether you’re taking your first steps into yoga or are a seasoned practitioner. We believe that the journey begins with simply showing up for yourself, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Let us take care of the details while you focus on your practice and self-discovery.
Soulful Experiences, Warm Words
It is never to early to start your kids on the right path.
Young Warriors

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. All of our classes are limited to 15 or less, so expect a laid back and intimate setting.
Bringing your own mat is encouraged and preferred. We do provide a limited number of mats if needed than can be borrowed during class time.
Our Gentle Flow or Beginner’s Yoga classes are ideal for those new to yoga practice. Chair yoga would also be an appropriate option for a beginner.
These classes move at a slower pace and provide a supportive environment for learning.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to check-in, settle in, and prepare for class. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the class and miss important instructions.
Our studio is located on the first floor of the mall. The best entrance to use is located between Flame Asian Bistro and State Farm Insurance. You will find Pure Presence Yoga two doors down from State Farm.
Parking outside of this main entrance is the best option and the only option if attending a class AFTER MALL HOURS.
The mall doors open at 8 AM everyday. Clients attending morning classes can use the main mall entrance.
For any one attending a class that begins or ends AFTER MALL HOURS, the 24 hour security on duty will be letting clients in for those classes.
