Nurture your body, mind, and spirit in this monthly workshop designed especially for expectant mothers.
We will begin with a heart-centered sharing circle where you can connect with other moms-to-be in a supportive and uplifting space. We will then transition into a gentle prenatal yoga flow to ease tension and give support throughout your changing body. This will be followed by a guided meditation that will help you ground and restore inner calm, and the session will close with a soothing mini-Reiki session to encourage relaxation, balance and energetic harmony.
