From there, you’ll be guided on a shamanic journey meditation that invites inner wisdom and connection, flowing seamlessly into a soothing sound bath infused with reiki energy.
This experience is designed to restore balance, release tension, and awaken a sense of peace, harmony and connection within.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary.

Sorelle Sound Healing is a New York-based practice specializing in sound healing and vibrational healing sessions. Founded by sisters Adriana and Maria, Sorelle Sound Healing offers group sound baths, private sessions, reiki, and yoga services. They aim to facilitate a harmonious and peaceful environment, co-creating healing sounds with love to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Their target audience includes open-minded individuals new to or experienced in seeking alternative ways to relieve stress and cultivate growth, healing, and balance in their lives.
